Migrated a legacy production-only EKS cluster (on extended support, no dev environment) to current versions. Provisioned dev with Terraform IaC, validated upgrades, deployed parallel prod, and migrated all workloads with zero downtime.

Architected a multi-tenant data platform with layered zone models (raw → staging → curated → consumption). Custom dashboards per client in PowerBI & Looker Studio with Snowflake optimization for concurrent workloads.
